Not much has been happening since the last posted issue, at least of note. Most work orders have either been phone diagnosis with no-shows, remote support for tuneups and things like printer installs, or work orders for business contract clients.
Tri-Edge does keep running into wipes and reloads due to Microsoft’s malware tactics used to push people into windows 10 in-place upgrades that screw everything up.
A wipe and reload fixes that with a return to windows 7 and a blocking of the install for microsoft update KB3035583.
Of course this malware approach screwing the average user over is pretty much all we’ve been dealing with, including in our business contracts.
