Large Properties, Little IT Support

There are plenty of property managers throughout New York with in-house IT, plenty without access to IT support. The larger your company grows, the larger the strain placed on your in-house IT, until they can no longer go onsite to perform the work individual locations require.

If you cannot support the hiring of more IT personnel, contact another computer specialist to perform the footwork under contract or work order.

For instance, your own IT is busy with hardware refurbishing and remote support for a vast array of properties with thin clients connecting to specialty software, and a few of your locations just received a shipment of new computers and network equipment to replace or upgrade old equipment.

Instead of waiting for your own IT to someday have a free schedule, contact another IT entity and request an onsite. That work order will involve your IT easily talking to the local IT you hired to get the job done quickly and efficiently, without pulling your own IT off their work orders.

About

Computer repair/networking. Been at it since I was a 7 year old helpin dad at Ohio Bell/Ameritec/SBC/Ameritec. All I can remember is his rhino skin hands, a gel knife, and miles of underground, stupid thick black cable that opened up into a bajillion tiny wires, shoved into small to large junction boxes. Like a box of fireworks just exploded. Started on the old white desktop IBMs with the 5 inch floppy and the 1/4th drive, playing hugo who dunnit, hugo and the haunted house of horrors, olympics, and where in the world is carmen sandiago. oh! and a dinosaur game of some sort.
